FoldNest provides sales, delivery, and installation services for modular furniture systems for small spaces. These terms define the conditions for using our services.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, please observe the following:
- Providing accurate information
- Proper use of products
- Ensuring safety of installation location
- Prohibition of actions that cause trouble to other users or third parties
Orders and Payment
Product orders are accepted by phone or email. Payment is accepted by cash on delivery or advance bank transfer. Credit card payment is currently being prepared.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery area is limited to within . Installation service is performed in a way that can be used safely even in rental properties. Installation date and time will be determined in consultation with the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
If there are defects in the product, we will exchange it free of charge if you contact us within 7 days of arrival. Returns due to customer convenience are accepted only for unopened and unused items (shipping costs borne by customer).
Warranty and After-Sales Service
Products come with a 1-year warranty. For defects in normal use, we will repair or replace free of charge. We also provide post-installation maintenance services.
Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright of texts, images, designs, etc. posted on this site belongs to FoldNest or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, and distribution are prohibited.
